I know this is a big step for me and my family. I going off gluren yes that means no wheat. We are going to stared small and work are way up little by little. I know that it is not going to be easy but I know that I will feel better. But the big reson are is because I have one son that has autism and the other one may have add but he has not be tested yet. I have heard that this will do may wounders for them.
